With a foundation in dance and a strong background in biomechanics, Sarah has developed a deep understanding of body mechanics, mobility, and functional movement, which she integrates into her tailored training programs.

As a qualified strength trainer, Sarah combines athletic performance with conditioning techniques to help clients build strength, endurance, and resilience. Her expertise in mobility coaching ensures that clients improve flexibility, reduce injury risk, and enhance overall movement efficiency.

Sarah is a 500 hour advanced yoga teacher and uses these skills to provide a balance thoroughly the body, both aesthetically and mechanically Sarah is passionate about empowering individuals of all fitness levels to move better, feel stronger, and achieve their personal goals.
