With well over a decade of dedicated personal training experience, Andreas’s journey into the world of fitness began at a young age, fuelled by a deep-rooted love for sports and well-being. This early fascination led him to pursue a degree in Sport and Exercise Science, where he honed his expertise in biomechanics, nutrition and body composition.
During his university days, Andreas proudly represented his institution in athletics in the 100m and 200m events. This experience unearthed his passion for weightlifting. It was on this journey that he realised the synergy between biomechanics and athletic performance, both on the running track and in the gym.
Since his graduation in 2001, Andreas has committed himself to a career as a Personal Trainer, driven by his passion for improving lives through the attainment of health and fitness goals. His dedication is complemented by his constant pursuit of knowledge and its practical application.
Andreas’s approach to personal training is deeply rooted in scientific principles. He places utmost importance on movement function and the ability to provide tailored exercise selections that enhance performance.
